Spring Garden Tour

Thank you to everyone who attended the Spring Garden Tour on Friday 25 October. A wonderful day was had by all, even if the weather was very temperamental.

Our first stop was Mornington Botanical Rose Garden for morning tea and a guided tour, provided by the incredible group of volunteers who run it.

The two-course lunch at The Grand Mornington was delicious. The day finished with a tour with the Head Gardeners of Heronswood House and Gardens.

Munch with the Musos

Time to join the Friends of Music and Munch with the Musos

We’re 26 days away from…. (wait for it….. no, not Christmas!)… from the Mammoth Musically Momentous occasion aptly named “Munch with the Musos”!

Start to dust off your Christmas finery (reindeer ears, Santa hats and tinselly halos welcome) and come along to the CM Wood Centre at 10am on Sunday 24 November. Bookings can be made through TryBooking: https://www.trybooking.com/BGJUK

Performers enter free (but must book their seats). Tea, coffee, juice, buns, sandwiches and fruit supplied but you may also bring your own gourmet delights to share with friends and family too.

Principal’s Thank You Night – Thursday 28 November 2019

Tintern Grammar Alumni (TGA) Inaugural Meeting

After much planning we are proud to host the inaugural meeting of the Tintern Grammar Alumni (TGA) on Wednesday 30 October at 7pm in the Main Reception Board Room.

Class of 2004, 15 Year Reunion

Thank you to all those that braved the wild weather to attend the Class of 2004, 15 Year Reunion on Saturday.

A special thank you to all the wonderful people who helped make this such a special event! The Archive Volunteers for arranging the photos, the incredible student volunteers who gave up their Saturday afternoon to run the tours, and the wonderful performers, Madison Edwards-Turner and Ashleigh Dowling, and their teacher Lisa Clarke.

Working With Children Check

Tintern Grammar requires all volunteers to have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC). If you are intending to volunteer at Tintern, now or in the future, could you please send a copy of your WWCC to either the Junior school assistants or by email to communityrelations@tintern.vic.edu.au, alternatively pop in to the Main Administration where they will be happy to take a copy for you.
