Friends of Music FOM – An invitation to new members!
We would like to invite new members to join and support the activities of our Tintern musicians. Our AGM is Tuesday 15 March 2022 at 7pm in the CM Wood Common Room and we would love any interested parents/friends to take this opportunity to meet us and consider joining our committee.
The Friends of Music was formed in 2000 and is a community group which seeks to:
- Promote an appreciation of music in a variety of forms for the enjoyment of the school community.
- Act as a support group to the Music Department by providing financial and physical assistance with musical events and the music requirements of the school.
Membership consists of parents and staff from all areas of the school who work together in various ways to support the school’s Music students and the Music Department.
We very grateful for the ongoing support of the parents on our Friends of Music committee and look forward to welcoming new members. If you are interested in assisting with events, but unable to attend meetings, would like further information, or would like to join the committee please contact fom@tintern.vic.edu.au.
