The Year 11 Initiative projects have commenced and are proving to be a brilliant success with both the Year 11 students and the Junior School classes with whom they are working. A rousing game of Capture the Flag was organised and run by Somner/Stewart House this week and all involved had a wonderful time. This is a project that the Year 11s are completely responsible for making happen. They organise the sessions with Junior School staff, develop and run the activity, and report back to the year level on the outcome of the exercise.
In other news, a reminder that Friday 1 June is a study day for year 11s, with the following week being exams. Year 11 students do not attend classes during exam week, including 3/4 subjects that are still running for Year 12s.
