The school was grateful for the input of Year 10 students to complete the MMG survey during pastoral time on Monday 20 August as this provides valuable feedback. During this week, we have our special Girls’ and Boys’ School Assemblies and time to finalise the House Community Action Project proposals. It is also a busy time for students with a number of tests and assessments.
2019 Tintern Grammar China Study Tour

Applications are currently open for the 2019 Tintern Grammar China Study Tour. This is a highly enjoyable and informative trip offering first-hand experience of History, Economics, Geography, Science and Language from the Chinese perspective. We will be visiting Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an and Chengdu during the Term 1 holidays in 2019. ASSIST Non-Profit International Exchange Organisation
The school has received information about an exchange program that matches “academically talented, international students with American independent secondary schools. During a one-year school stay, an ASSIST scholar-leader serves as a cultural ambassador actively participating in classes and extracurricular activities. Since 1969, nearly 5,000 student scholar-leaders from more than 50 nations”.
