After School Care/Breakfast Club/Holiday Program

All parents whose children attend After School Care or Breakfast Club  will be required to complete an updated Medical Form. Junior School students who are not collected by 4.00pm will be placed in After School Care. For more information about these services please visit the school website.

Charter Bus Transport

If you have not as yet arranged your child’s charter bus transport to the school, then you are urged to contact the Transport Officer on transport@tintern.vic.edu.au as soon as possible.

Medical Needs

Thank you to all the families who have already returned their Medical Forms. This up-to-date information is vital to ensure we can maintain the highest level of care for your child.

Action Plans – If you have stated on the form that your child has Asthma or an allergy, you are required to make a visit to your doctor to obtain an action plan. Please note that we will be contacting you if we have not received an action plan or updated Medical Form.

Please note that we will contact you in the first week back at school if we have not received an action plan or updated Medical Form.

Opportunity for Junior School Families to attend ‘MATILDA”

Following the success of our Community opportunity to see The Lion King, we have tentatively booked 250 seats to see “Matilda” for Wednesday 7 September (the earliest we could make a group booking of this size.)

Information regarding this opportunity will be sent out at the start of term. We intend to mirror arrangements for The Lion King and all family members welcome. Those in Prep – Year 2, if attending, require an adult accompanying them. An estimate at this stage is ticket pricing to be $80 for children, $90 for adults and our group seats are normally in the top section of the theatre.
