Congratulations to alumna Deanne Carson (YG 1987) who was a finalist for the Robin Clark Leadership Award at the 2017 Victorian Protecting Children Awards in September. These Awards recognise dedicated teams and individuals working within government and community services who make protecting children their business every day.
Although won by Anglicare Victoria CEO, Paul McDonald for his nearly 40 years with disadvantaged and vulnerable children and families, Whitney Yip, Body Safety Australia co-founded with Deanne, won the Education Initiative Award category for their Safe Adult Dedoches (finger puppets).
