TPG Trivia Night 2018

Bookings are now open for the TPG Annual Trivia Night! Get in early and book your seats by Friday 20 July for your entry into the Early Bird Raffle. 

This year the TPG are proud to support the Anglicare Missions, providing educational resources to under-resourced schools in the Northern Territory. $5 from every ticket sold goes directly to the assisting these students.

Share with your friends, start arranging your teams and brushing up your trivia. There will be fun new games, a silent auction and many fantastic prizes on offer.

Bendigo Show Social Dinner – FOYF

It’s not long now until our Young Farmers will be competing in the Australian Sheep and Wool Show from 20 to 22 July. Will you be in Bendigo to support the team? If so, make sure you join us for the Bendigo Show Dinner on Saturday 21 July, 6.30pm at La Cecil’s Italian Restaurant, 56 Williamson Street, Bendigo.

Tintern Young Farmers Junior Judging & Handling Competition

On 14 June 2018 the Tintern Young Farmers held the Inaugural ‘Tintern Grammar Junior Judging and Handling Competition’ in preparation for the Australian Sheep and Wool Show in July. There were 45 students from Years 7-12 who attended the incursion, which is quite a large group!

The students were divided into 3 groups of 12 and each group had a team leader from Year 10 and 11. Each student competed in 3 competitions; wool judging, meat judging and sheep handling.

Volunteers Needed – Tintern Grammar Giant Fair 2019

The Tintern Giant Fair is an incredible, fun-filled day out for families and our wider community to enjoy great food, entertainment, second-hand sales and exciting rides. It raises funds that contribute to many different programs in the school, including sustainability, that enriches every student’s educational experience.

The Fair is also an opportunity for you to become part of the dynamic team of individuals who plan the Fair and create the fun for our community. 

Do you have any new ideas that could make our next Fair an even bigger success than before? Do you want to meet other parents and families? Then please get in touch to assist with any of the following:
