Tintern Grammar Community Groups

Look out for the dates and times for all the Community groups’ AGMs. This is a wonderful chance to meet fellow parents and become involved with the School community. The AGM is the official meeting for the year and provides the committees with office bearers and a direction for the year. Visitors attending the AGM are given a broad understanding of the wonderful contribution these groups make to our School. The events and activities run by the various community groups represent a vital contribution to the enhancement of the school experience for our students and in fostering a community atmosphere across the school in support of parents. Everyone is welcome. For more information on how to be involved please contact the Community Relations Office on 9845 7877 or communityrelations@tintern.vic.edu.au. We look forward to many new faces joining the committees.

Return to Tintern

Thursday 9 February was Return to Tintern day.

Our 2016 leavers and their parents returned to the Hawthorn room to catch up with each other and celebrate the beginning of a new era.

At the other end of the school at our Community Hub, year groups 1994 through to 2006 gathered for drinks and nibbles. The weather cooled down just in time to enjoy good company and the beautiful setting. Thank you to our School leaders who took the tours and members of the Clementson and Kelson string quartets for providing a beautiful background ambience.
